Steele Weniger
PRESIDENT • Dream Outdoor
Steele is a veteran OOH Executive based in NY & LA who began his career as an entrepreneur, operating a variety of restaurants, nightlife venues, open air concepts & media portfolios. In late 2007 Steele joined forces with the iconic Van Wagner Outdoor, where Steele quickly rose through the ranks, growing to VP of Sales. In October of 2014 Outfront Media acquired Van Wagner where Steele transitioned to Vice President of LA’s National team - enjoying every moment and opportunity the incredible OOH community has offered. September of 2023 Steele left his position at Outfront Media to pursue a life long goal in developing Dream Outdoor. With great hope to help shape the future of dynamic DOOH, Steele aspires to apply his life long passion and expertise, while ensuring brands always have the most dynamic, creative and future forward landscapes within reach.
David Yacullo
ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER • Dream Outdoor
David Yacullo is a veteran OOH Executive based in NY. Dave began his career with Outdoor Services Inc. (OSI) which was acquired by Interpublic. In his 12 year tenure with OSI, Dave rose through ranks by winning business and enlarging the companies footprint across North America. After OSI, Dave established Outdoor Media Group (OMG), which was acquired by Omnicom. During his 13 years as CEO, Dave grew OMG into the largest OOH specialist in North America. In 2019, Yacullo joined forces with legendary Van Wagner Outdoor, where he was a Partner serving as CRO. After a successful divesture to Outfront in October of 2022, Dave continues his work as Owner/Chairman
of OOH specialist, Outdoor Solutions, with offices in Las Vegas and New York. Dave is active in industry initiatives and sits on several advisory boards.
